Pontoon Introduction
Pontoon is merchant-side payment infrastructure: buyers send USDT; settlement, Energy, and reconciliation stay with you.One integration covers hosted checkout and gas sponsorship on Tron, BNB Smart Chain, and TON.
Two products
- Checkout — unique USDT address per order, payment watch, signed webhook, resource provision, and net sweep to your treasury. Bridge fee 0.25%, $0.08 minimum, fuel at live cost.
- Sponsorship — provision Tron Energy, BNB, or TON to addresses you control. Prepaid debit is resource cost + $0.02 + 10% markup + a $0.05-floor platform fee.
Wallet-level gasless (GasFree, Tonkeeper Battery, and similar) answers whether the sender must hold a native token. Checkout answers whether the merchant deposit address can be swept and reconciled. They are not substitutes.

- Checkout bridge fee: 0.25%, $0.08 floor; $0.10 on a $40 invoice
- Sponsorship: live resource cost + $0.02 + 10% markup; platform fee 15 bps floored at $0.05
- Prepaid balances are isolated per merchant; insufficient funds reject before chain contact
All amounts are 6-decimal integer strings (µUSD). Never floats. Chain-native units use each chain's smallest unit.
